PERSONALITY:

Painfully shy, yet painfully curious; heart in the right place but not the err...brightest crayon in the box
Prone to loud outbursts to cover up his own embarassment (which often leads to even more embarassment)
Clumsy and over-eager, he is always tripping over his own sleeves or running into things / people
Fearing his own clumsiness, he keeps his hands hidden within his long sleeves, preferring to use his tentacles instead to reach for things
When he becomes too embarassed to speak, he uses his tentacles to act out charades
Convinced he can foresee the future using the scrying mirror around his neck, he is always running head-first into perceived 'danger'

The tentacles on his back are made completely of water and are capable of molding into a variety of shapes
The horns on his head are a sort of blue coral tipped with a bioluminescent material to help him see in dark places
His bangs usually fall over and cover both eyes
Often gets nervous hiccups, where he hiccups bubbles~
Inside of mouth is blue (not his lips lmao)
