Nemu [Neɪ·mu] noun A creature created from human wishes.

Nemus are a closed species
All info below is optional if you adopt one ♥
You can choose to choose to make it a "normal human"

What are Nemus?

► Nemus are the manifestation of human dreams and wishes. Human needs and desires call to them, like magnetism. Many wander the earth in search of the one unique human from whom their wish originates from, even though they do not know what that wish is.
► The possess an inherent ability or talent to make their human's dreams a reality
► It is unknown exactly why they choose aspects of both food and animals, only that all Nemu do.
► Nemus do not need to sleep or eat, but they draw on positive energy from a human if they are in direct contact with them when a wish or dream has been fulfilled. (the efficiency of this varies between Nemus)

Variant Subspecies

All subspecies, like all nemus, still feel a magnetic pull to the person whom their wish/desire originates from.

► These nemus are formed from desires that have become possessive and greedy
► They choose aspects of animals and jewels rather than food
► No longer able to metabolize positive energy, they consume their jewel type instead
► Most commonly found near thieves, burglers, and jewelry stores.
► All jewel nemus have diamond shapes in their eyes

Secondary forms

► Nemus originate from a wish that inhabits a food item (or other for variants), giving it the Nemu's animal form until it gathers enough energy to take on human form.
►After that point, Nemus may switch freely between human-shaped and animal-shaped forms.
►Animal-shaped forms are used to conserve energy.
► All animal forms are pocket-sized, averaging about 3 - 6" in size (though some may vary)

Adoptable Info

► Drawn human-forms for Nemus will generally be chibis, so please feel free to specify your own "real" age
► All Nemus come with a custom tag describing the species type (like above)
►GENDER ▐   Though I have the gender specified, you can change it (as long as it doesn't require any art changes) - Just give me a shout when you buy it and I'll update the character ID for you!
►FLAVOR ▐  Can be used as an optional general guide for personality type (it's rumoured that Nemu's actually taste like that too ;D )
►RARITY ▐  Index based generally on rarity of animal species. See below guide:
